We were a family of eight staying at NYX The breakfast offered a variety of options. I want to recognize and thank Mr. Edgar, Food and Beverage Manager for his assistance in securing us a dinner reservation for Christmas night at Chianti. Bell Man Honorio provided good information on getting around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the sea was rough, the beach was clean. We were not able to experience having a meal at UMANI because reservations filled up quickly as it only seats 10 persons.

We were a family of eight staying at NYX over the Christmas holiday. The check in process went smoothly. The room was bright and clean. Lots of space for clothes. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, which I loved The breakfast offered a variety of options. The staff was excellent, from the rooms,to the restaurants to the front desk and lobby people.The best service ever. The whole place was cheerful and just great. We will be back. CONGRATULATIONS NYX.

We enjoyed a beautiful vacation at Nyx hotel from Nov. 20-27. Every member of the staff whom we interacted with were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. This exquisite hotel is smaller than the mega resorts in the area which adds to its charm. The food and selection is wonderful and the resort itself is perfectly clean at all times. Our hostess Marianna always started our day off with her friendly smile, our waiter Eduardo became like a friend to meet up with each day, and I can’t say enough good things about Oscar our yoga instructor. We initially weren’t sure we would do a class and ended up joining him every day after doing that first one. We had a beautiful setting near the palm trees and ocean to peacefully ease into our day and Oscar knew how to tailor each class according to our abilities, adding variety to each of the four days that we shared practice. I would return to this resort solely for the yoga but there are many other great reasons to visit!

We stayed at the NYC Cancun recently . We had a wonderful time and the stay was exceptional value. We ate in all three restaurants and all were wonderful . The Italian restaurant was exceptional and we were lucky enough to.dine there twice . There was a power cut due to a storm the second night and the staff never batted an eyelid . The food was superb and the staff wonderful . The same can be said of the Japanese restaurant and the beach side restaurant . Both barmen at the poolside bar were wonderful Fredrico and Juan Jose. Ten out of ten for service. The breakfast was great also and Misial made sure that everything was perfect . We were lucky enough to be there for the events of November 1st and 2nd. Congratulations to everyone who made the Altars .so lucky to experience that and the Myan poolside entertainment. I'm sorry I can't remember the names of all the staff , the cleaners who were so pleasant . I would highly recommend this hotel
