Hurricane Policy
If you are planning to travel during the hurricane season, do not worry.
HOTEL NYX CANCUN offers you a special program that will not affect your holidays.
Hurricane policy will be in effect only once the National Hurricane Center (NOAA) issued an official warning of a hurricane in Cancún. In case of tropical storms will not be valid this policy.
Cancelations:
All bookings confirmed within 72 hours or less previous the hurricane strikes the destination. Guests must contact immediately their travel agency they have booked through in order to cancel.
No Shows:
There will not be any charge to all guests during 2 days after the hurricane stroke the destination.
Early departure:
All guests of HOTEL NYX CANCUN who decide to leave the property due the warning of a hurricane. They will receive a certificate to guarantee their unused nights valid for one year.
Change Dates:
All guests of HOTEL NYX CANCUN who decide to postpone their vacations to travel at a later date due the warning of a hurricane. They could reschedule without any charge considering the original rate they booked. Not valid for Christmas, Ney Year’s eve and holly week season.
Refunds:
All bookings confirmed 72 hrs. Prior to the hurricane strikes the destination and 2 days after it, apply a refund free of charge
