I am writing this to thank MRS YELENA manager and Elvia who is in the front desk . They took care of us amazingly and make our vacation worth . I hope the management of the hotel appreciates their hard work without them I was leaving the hotel for the issues I had with my provider company. Beside them all the other staff from waiters/ cleaning/ are polite and very friendly. if you need any help they can take care of everything . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like to thank Mrs Yelena who is the manager and Elvia one of the receptionist for an amazing job they did during my stay for me in the hotel , I hope the management of the hotel appreciates what they do for everyone comes to this hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Beside them all the staff from waiters/ cleaning/ restaurant staff are fantastic, hotel is located close to couple of malls with high brand name . Over all its great place for relaxing and enjoy the beautiful blue ocean . THANK YOU YELENA YOU MADE OUR VACATION MEMORABLE

We as a family visited Cancun for the first time and we stayed with you for 6 nights . We were very upset with the room first night . But your staffs was very kind to keep changing the rooms for us to our satisfaction. All good work for Oliver and his colleges Then the second night we visited the Japanese res umami , it was amazing the view and the quality of the sushi!!! Chef Edilberto-Ricardo !!! Mixologist Rodingo !! Was amazing service feeding my teenagers boys !!! Yensy Nadia and Sofia keep pouring amazing beers . We end up with them every nights. Wow the amount we ate Japanese will be a night stay hotel value . To all the staffs in Japanese restaurants umami we had a lovely holiday because of you all too !!! Thanks again

We were a family of eight staying at NYX The breakfast offered a variety of options. I want to recognize and thank Mr. Edgar, Food and Beverage Manager for his assistance in securing us a dinner reservation for Christmas night at Chianti. Bell Man Honorio provided good information on getting around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the sea was rough, the beach was clean. We were not able to experience having a meal at UMANI because reservations filled up quickly as it only seats 10 persons.

The bathroom is spacious with a shower, which I loved The breakfast offered a variety of options.
