I can not rave enough about my stay at NYX. The large staff is outstanding and go above and beyond for their guests. I can not put into words how extremely impressed I was with each and every one of them! The quality level of service here was nothing like I have ever experienced vacationing internationally. The food & drinks were top quality with an endless variety! The master suite was extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed in #842 which had beautiful views of the ocean especially at sunrise. My ONE and ONLY complaint was the amount of seaweed on the beach but that’s beyond anyones control. This is a beautiful hotel. We will be back. Thank you NYX!

Muy buena distribución y ambiente, bonita vista, cómodas instalaciones, pero en especial la excelente atención: para destacar en desayuno y almuerzo: Joel, Rubén, Misael y Eduardo, Jorge en la playa, en Umami: Isis e Ivonne, y en Chianti: Rolando y Elías. espectacular su atención! Único pequeño detalle es, mantenimiento más seguido principalmente en las piezas, pero bien igual. Por todo, volveremos!

Rolando from chianti, Jorge from the beach waitstaff, and Federico from the lobby bar all took incredibly good care of us. We cannot talk highly enough about the service they provided. Jorge was the best beach waiter we've had at any resort. He performs above and beyond on a regular basis. We gave him several vague, unusual drink orders and he delivered every time. He deserves a raise. Federico was able to read us and make our perfect drinks with no problem. We were honestly surprised at how well he crafted our perfect drinks.
